We are hoping that 100% of our families will complete their school forms by September 30th!  Please complete your FARMS, Family File, and Volunteer Forms.  When you complete these forms, your student is able to attend field trips, you are able to volunteer at school, and help us ensure we have accurate information in case of emergencies!  If you need assistance, please come to school at any of these times below.  Our staff will be available to help.
