Our students strive for excellence in academics, social interactions, and with behavior. To assist our students in their efforts to excel, we have created and developed five success factors. We have five success factors that are taught and reinforced throughout each day. Our five success factors were created and developed by our students, staff and families. These success factors will help our community be positive and supportive and build a supportive environment for all.
Our Five Success Factors are:
- Kindness
- Honesty
- Creativity
- Accountability
- Empathy
As students demonstrate these factors, they earn Panther Paws. These Panther Paws stay at school, so they are ready to be used daily. Panther Paws are counted and traded in for prizes and special drawings on a regular basis.
