Students will enjoy a fun and memorable field trip to Maryland Zoo in Baltimore! Alongside their chaperone and classmates, students will explore the zoo, observing a variety of animals and learning about their habitats. This special outing offers a wonderful opportunity for curiosity, discovery, and shared experiences with friends

Parents/Families are invited to come into the classrooms to explore the coral reef unit project that we have been working on in quarter 2. Families will go on a scavenger hunt with their child to locate a variety of animals, plants and Earth features of the coral reef environment.

This club is for 2nd and 3rd grade car enthusiasts!
In a fun and relaxed atmosphere we'll discuss automotive current events, car culture, basic repairs/maintenance and more! The beautiful and enchanting Rainbow Lady teaches us about colors and all the diverse people that make music throughout the world. She also sings about all the many characters in famous operas that come from many backgrounds and cultures.

Students will participate in Simulated Congressional Hearings throughout the day in their classrooms.

Students registered for the Fun in a Flash Parks and Recreation program will be walked to the N. Laurel Community Center after dismissal. Students will meet in the cafeteria.

Students in Pre-K through 5th grade will welcome an educational visit from Fidos for Freedom as part of a schoolwide learning experience. Fidos for Freedom educates the public about individuals with disabilities and the role of specially trained assistance and therapy dogs in the community.

Our 4th and 5th grade chorus students will be singing in a concert, and families and community members are invited to attend! Performers should arrive by 6:30 p.m., with the concert starting at 7:00 p.m. Come enjoy an evening of music and support our students!
